You can do this with an old monitor

 Another way on how you can keep all your working a secret!  .A YouTuber worked out this little experiment where she got an old monitor and scratched out the polarizing lens from the screen. She then replaced the 3D lens with the polarizing lens. The results were as expected. Through the lens, you could see what was displayed on the monitor, and without it, you could just see the blank screen.
